This flavourful and healthy vegan creation is inspired by the popular classic Chinese Sichuan/Szechuan Mala Pot. Spicy, savoury and aromatic soup contains bok chow, Napa Cabbage, tofu, fresh mushroom, taro, chestnut and Taiwanese traditional pickle.
