Vegan creation for Earth Day 2020 inspired from our number six best seller at 4 Stones Vegetarian~Classic Taiwanese Cut Buns. We hand made Vegan Baos/Buns with unbleached flour and almond powder. The Baos are filled with house made Vegetarian Meat, dry tofu, peanut sauce, mushroom and nuts butter, traditional Taiwanese pickle and cilantro. Vegan/Plant-based Meat is made from, soy protein, gluten, psyllium husk, tapioca starch. The texture is tender like tenderized meat.
Comes with two pieces. Same price as the Classic Taiwanese Baos.
