This nutritious and tasty creation is inspired by the popular classic Sichuan Chinese Dish, Sichuan Boiled Fish (Shui Zhu Yu). It is for people who want to taste authentic Sichuan/Szechuan flavour vegan/plantbased way. The vegan fish is made from layers of bean curd and enoki mushroom wrapped with premium quality nori seaweed. The fried Vegan Fish is then boiled with bean sprouts, and fresh mushrooms in authentic spicy bean paste (douban), Traditional Taiwanese pickle, and chilli and Sichuan peppercorn oil. Traditionally, the dish will have Sichuan peppercorn mixed. We put the peppercorn on the side for those who enjoys more of the numbing and tingling taste of the spice.
