This protein and fiber packed Vegan creation is inspired by the popular classic Taiwanese Hakka Stir Fry. Dry tofu, Konjac, Seiten (gluten), fresh mushrooms and Zha cai (pickled mustard) wok stir fried with savory bean paste (douban). The addition of Konjac and Seiten gives the dish the texture a little bit like squid and pork belly, also secretly a great Vegan meat Alternative.
